MANTRA PURNAMAD

It is a Hindu prayer for peace. This mantra can be recited during meditation, slowly, with a period of integration following the recitation. It helps to step back from the hustle and bustle of material life in order to observe from one’s inner witness, Existence. It brings peace, serenity and calm to the one who sings it. It calms feelings such as anger or resentment, which create a lot of agitation and fire within us. This mantra brings out harmony in us and around us. Meaning: ”You are the fullness. There is fullness, here is fullness. From the fullness, the fullness is born. Remove the fullness from the fullness, and the fullness alone remains.”
