I teach yoga classes in a pace of restorative calm (HATHA) or dynamic flow (VINYASA) introducing breathing and meditation practices. The classes could be specific for: healthy back, digestion care, hip flexibility, restful sleep. A varied program of yoga postures taken at a pace which allows your body to naturally open up and experience the feeling of good energy, strengthening and purifying the nervous system.

Learn pranayama breathing techniques, concentration and meditation to still the mind and heal the body. Release stress, body pain and restore your energy, with a Gentle Yoga Practice.
Mixed Level Yoga Practice will accommodate a Beginner through Advanced practitioner. Classes provide Basic Yoga postures, flow with music & provide a steady and comfortable pace. With modifications given, classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Advanced students are encouraged to flow deeper into their own level while beginner students are assisted.
