Sit correctly in one of these poses: PADMASANA – SUKASANA – VIRASANA – use bolster to place knees lower then hips.

  1. Exhaling – sit comfortably. Inhaling – sit tall. From the steadiness and firmness of posture allow your breath to become even and smooth. EXHALING CONNECT to the subtle control of Bandha – and DIRECT your mind and breath to 3 regions of your body Mula – Uddiyana – Jalandhara.
  2. FREE BREATHING into internal space created – connect to the continuous flow of your breath.
  3. FEELING SAFE AND RECOGNISED – TRANSCEND THE ORDINARY-THINKING MIND AND SEE FROM THE HEART MIND.
