The Hatha Yoga is far from being only a form of physical training, it’s use is based on upon breath. And it’s a principle is non-separation of body and mind. Where both have as their common source of activity PRANA (vital energy activated through breath), and hatha yoga accords special importance to the internal vital organs of the body since they stimulate our WILL POWER. Psychological and somatic phenomena work together.
Mind uses the brain – Brain uses breath – Breath uses nerves – Nerves use the 5 sense organs (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin) and the 5 work organs (rectum, genitals, legs, hands and vocal chords).
The function of the entire human body is controlled by the CEREBRO-SPINAL SYSTEM (CSS).
The CSS – is a great generator of ELECTRICAL energy that is constantly supplied to the internal organs by a network of nerves.
So the combination of BRAIN – BREATH – NERVES – SENSE & WORK ORGANS form a unit inside the body (‘like hardware of computer’) which is working with the MIND (‘software’).

With modifications given, classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Advanced students are encouraged to flow deeper into their own level while beginner students are assisted.
